SpaceX successfully completed the first static fire test of its Starship rocket on the orbital launch mount at Starbase, Texas. This test is a key step toward Starship's orbital launch, confirming engine performance and clearing the path for future flights. The modified launch mount can support Starship's immense thrust. The success of this test brings SpaceX closer to achieving reusable, cost-effective space travel for missions to the Moon, Mars, and beyond.
