According to the logistics information, the customer has successfully signed for the product. However, during the transportation of the goods, the customer requested to cancel the order, which has resulted in our inability to retrieve the product. We believe this behavior constitutes fraud and extortion, which has seriously harmed our legitimate rights and interests.
